A lovely day with a bit of sun but a capricious wind which moved around all afternoon to compete with fast hard greens. The scores were low, surprisingly; Jason Brock won with 37 together with 3 others on the same score. Dubious scoring from our championship leader, Gary, buying the crisps but including a 2 which was also the fate of James Symons. Stuart Ling was spotted lounging on his broom-handled putter having secured another 2 to be second in that competition with only Ali ahead; there must come a time when lounging on a putter is banned? The President, Treasurer, hat champion and hair stylist all played together looking very distinguished! After The Open, winnings are looking very thin and nobody's wife should expect a new kitchen.
